Better late than never! Ok so it ended up being in Quadratum instead of the UG but a girl can dream can’t she? Took a bit because I needed to adjust for Sora’s new look (and I’m terrible with perspective) but I like the idea of both of them meeting again after Dream Drop Distance.

The Mewse Designer contains accessories from almost all main named characters in both TWEWY and NTWEWY, so it has accessories that can be considered spoilers. Item names aren’t visible so it’s only the images. There are a couple accessories that aren’t from the games so don’t worry if you don’t recognize them all.
More additions will come in the future! The current release focuses on neck, face and arm accessories. Further explanation about Meiker below for those who aren’t familiar with it.
If you are on mobile it’s easier to navigate in landscape but easier to modify the item position/colors (if available) in portrait.
Some items have color options. A paint brush icon will appear on the left side when an item has them, such as Kariya’s glasses. Click the icon to pick a different color option.
Some items can have their position adjusted. A 4 directional arrow will appear on the left hand side, such as most glasses, eyes, mouth and arm accessories. Click on it to activate it and then tap the directional arrows in the bottom left corner to move it.
Some items are “Stamps” which are layered overtop of all other layers in the order you add them. They are a category that has a paw print in the top left corner such as the speech bubbles and pins. They can be flipped (top left, bi-directional arrow), rotated (top of the stamp), and resized (bottom right of the stamp). They can be removed by clicking on the trash can in the bottom right.
Post NEO AU: Coco and Minamimoto run into Rhyme and Kaie, who happen to be developing a very handy Angel detection app that could be quite useful to them. And it looks like with a very small sample size, it might actually work.
Hanekoma wanted to visit Kaie to get advice on how his art will be perceived when shared digitally (NEO SR 11). Combine that with wanting Coco and Minamimoto to talk more with Kaie and Rhyme… what if all of that happened at once? It provides an opportunity for Rhyme and Kaie to get further involved with Higher Plane plot in the AU. The current plan is they won’t be leaving their normal planes, they will still be help Coco and Minamimoto out.
One brand new Angel Hazuki Mikagi gets picked up by the same Mother and Father as Joshua. What a wonderful family!
This wasn’t originally planned when I started designing Mother and Father but when asked if Haz and Josh shared the same parents and “Yoshi-nii” (Older Brother Yoshi) was brought up on stream while working on Father’s design, I had to draw something for it!

TWEWY OCs: A pair of Angels assigned to Joshua as his Mother & Father. They’ve been working together for a long time, overseeing the lower planes of Shibuya & nearby regions from the Higher Plane. They read over all the reports from Their regions to aid the Higher Plane’s research into the cycle of life & death, the Soul, & more recently, the rise in impurities in the lower planes. They’re both high ranking Angels that will not hesitate to take proper action towards any disobedient Angels to maintain the safety and order of the Higher Plane.
It’s merely a coincidence that Mother’s hair has a striking colour and style resemblance to Joshua’s - it’s a very popular style in the Higher Plane, truly! Her suit jacket looks harmless, but it’s well known by the Higher Plane entities to not come into contact with it, for it will feel like it’s searing into your Soul. She cares a lot about the state of the Higher Plane and those who reside there, sometimes going a bit beyond what is deemed necessary to keep it in order and running smoothly.
There’s great debate whether Father understands fashion since he’s greatly amused by the reactions he gets, or if it’s another example of him not grasping certain “human traits”. No one stops him from dressing the way he does, provided that he doesn’t shift the patterns on his clothing in front of lower plane entities as he’s a fan of doing. While he appears more approachable than his partner, there’s something unsettling about his expressions, as if he’s trying them out and swapping them to see how it affects those around him.
NEO Higher Plane Experimentation: What if we had Parental Entities keeping an eye on their Darling Angel?
Joshua, you can’t just say “Mother and Father call me Joshua” and then say you’re the Composer in your introduction! So that got me thinking, what if we had something like Parental Entities, high ranked Angels, assigned in pairs to younger Angels to help make sure they are properly adjusting to the hivemind Angel Society!
I think it would be very interesting if Joshua had HP politics and family relations to deal with while being Composer, especially during NEO. In terms of Joshua’s position as Shibuya’s Composer, a potential replacement could be someone like Earrings. Someone who supports something a majority of what the HP wants (ex: say like a hivemind in the UG? Or maybe just supports Inversion?) but their methods are a bit too much for the HP (ex: forcing it to occur because Earrings is an uncommonly impatient Angel) which is why Joshua can keep his position as Shibuya’s Composer despite Shibuya’s state. Joshua must be a Darling Little Angel and follow the rules and not cross any lines that the elites of the HP can see that could cause him to get kicked out.
Both Mother and Father wish for Shibuya’s Composer and Producer to be Good, so Joshua’s Mother has been checking in on Joshua, and his Father has been watching Shibuya’s Producer.
