You know, I just realised that the bosses we fight in TWTNW in KH2 (maybe sans Roxas) are people who are or end up becoming Norts: Xigbar, Luxord, Saix and Xemnas. 

Ansem Seeker of Darkness is a Nort and he was the final boss fight in KH1. 

Marluxia and Larxene were both bosses in Sora’s Story in Chain of Memories. Marluxia was even the final boss of the game. 

I don’t know where I’m going with this… I just noticed it and thought I’d point it out. Kinda seems like the bosses theory might be true after all, at least for most of the Norts.     

Just gonna point this out: Xion was one of the last bosses in Days. Xionort anyone?
