OOKOKOKK if any of yall still remember my old experiment au that’s inspired by aqua right?????? and i did remade the backstory from kids being experiments gone wrong not clickbait police called test subjects to weird ass hybrid children being the adoptive children of the kg 2 staffs and now i combine the two abandoned ideas into one and now you have a new plot i have for this old au that the only excuse i created this au is so i could draw mutation Carla without being cancelled
anyways, in this plot this time there’ll be two sides in this au; one is ‘caretakers’ and 'subjects’ these are just labels or roles per say and nothing more. On how the subjects got their roles from being chosen to be the… 'test subjects’ (hence their current role/label 'subjects) son an experiment some scientist are working on to make humans with severed limbs having the ability to grew them back but of course shit went south faster than these kids could’ve breathe and the experiment went horribly wrong; before the adults knew it, each test subjects has animalistic traits and even some monstrous body parts; claws, VERY sharp teeth, animal back legs, multiple tails, ears and other parts that makes these 'subjects’ looks EXTREMELY unapproachable.
here’s the ones that has the 'subjects’ role are: Carla, Jerome, Buggs, Ted, Kidd, Billy, Alice, Madison, Ozzy and HM.
the ones that has the 'caretaker’ role are: Penny, Cindy, Felix, Lily, Ron, Stevie, Monty and Nugget.
if you wanted to be the 'caretaker’ you must select one of the 'subjects’ that happens to have some kind of attraction to you (otherwise the communication will be thrown into the fucking bin if they hated you, and yes the 'subjects’ could talk, sometimes they’ll growl or make any animalistic noises out of habit) and you MUST be honest with the questions they’ll ask you because once you signed the papers you cannot return them, except if you mistreated them, harm them, assaulted, harassed, sold them to another caretaker or if you internationally cause harm to these subjects they’ll absolutely ban you from adopting another 'subject’ and will snatch your role as the caretaker away due to your incompetent towards their subjects.
Ted went missing a couple of days before his and Felix’s birthday and everyone (yes even Felix) was distraught at the fact their son is now missing for moths, but he just happens to find Ted while taking a tour around the inside of the facility out of pure curiosity and adopted him, the staffs had to tell Felix a big ol explanation because they saw the look on his face that says 'what the fuck happened i will fucking punt whoever the cause of this situation to the ground’
Billiam also went missing on July 14th 2018 and Lily managed to find him again because she heard that Felix went here and she wanted to know what attracted him to the facility and went on a tour around the inside of the facility, soon enough she found Billy being spoon fed by another staff due to him not being used to his animal teeth and was scared that he’ll accidentally bit his tongue but the adult had to reassure the poor Bills that he wont.
basically these subjects has already been adopted by responsible caretakers, here’s the names;

Carla Del Mon was adopted by Penelope Renata on August 27th 2019
Ted Hawkins Huxley and Adam Tartal was adopted by Felix Hawkins Huxley on May 11th 2018 (Ted) and February 16th 2019 (Kidd/Adam)
Ryan Allen was adopted by Stevie Murphy on August 25th 2020
Alice Beckett, Ozzy Oswald and Madison Duncan was adopted by Ronaldo Griffin on July 7th 2020
Billiam Montermon was adopted by Lilith Monstermon on November 4th 2020
