I just want to say that I have my money on Darius and Alador being confirmed to be exes next episode.
You know sommat, I wanted to say I bet Alador and Odalia break up today after seeing the poster Rebecca Rose shared for today’s episode but I wasn’t sure how strong a theory it was.
I also let myself be convinced Lumity wouldn’t become canon during “Knock, Knock, Knockin’ on Hooty’s Door” by someone even though I knew “Eclipse Lake” wouldn’t make sense without it being canon.
So yeah, I’m trusting my gut that we’ll get a confirmation that Alador and Darius are exes next episode.
So I’ve just given this a watch and I’ll be honest, at this time I don’t have many thoughts. It is a great episode with potential to feed into my thoughts in the future. I mean in truth when I watched “Eda’s Requiem”, I didn’t have many thoughts beyond fixating on the one small portion where Amity appeared that episode. Yet I have since revisited “Eda’s Requiem” as we have learnt more about Darius and Eberwolf. So the point is, in time this is an episode I’ll be likely to have more thoughts on as the plot progresses.
It is interesting to learn that King is the last remaining Titan though and that last scene with the Emperor’s Coven surrounding the Owl House. Damn!!!
One thought has just entered my head though. The Collector is working with Belos and he is the God of the Titan Hunters. While Belos is one hell of a villain on his own, I wonder if the Collector in the end will prove to have even worse plans for not just the Boiling Isles but the entire Demon Realm given his reach seems to expand further than that of Emperor Belos.
Tomorrow, I’ll give “Hollow Mind” a rewatch to learn more about the Collector.
Okay, so in my discord server @evilguacamole pointed out that they now have all the Titan blood they’ll ever need because of King, which is an interesting point.
I’ve seen some others point out how the test that they did during knocking on Hooty’s door means there is a huge vial of his blood at the owl house.

Also just a side note for my followers in general here, I haven’t forgotten to give “Hollow Mind” a rewatch to get more information on The Collector. I’ve just been a tad busy. I’ll try and give “Elsewhere and Elsewhen” and “Hollow Mind” a rewatch before Saturday though.
I think about many things when i watch this show and Luz Noceda is one of them. My mind hops between many topics, but one i keep thinking about is how, in luz’s part of this episode, she just. slowly spirals. not helped by hooty at all. I keep going over her part and pointing out where her mental state is and i think it’d be interesting to line it out for people.
Is this partially projection? maybe. but i WAS a bullied kid with (undiagnosed) adhd when I was her age, sooo…
