My first finished piece using watercolour paints since high school!! The lighting and the shadows really caught my eye in the photo, so that’s what I focused on with this painting.

I watched some tutorials on YouTube to try and get an idea of how to actually use oil pastels, and then doodled my kitkat. I like how the fur texture came out, just need to work on hard edges with them!

Another quick 30 - 40 minute doodle. Not as happy with this one, but oh well. Also the first time I ever recorded doing my art, not sure that I will upload it but was just playing around with it to see if I could spot some issues in my workflow and such.

I asked for some suggestions on DA for some smaller projects that I could finish in one sitting. Someone suggested Anti and Darkiplier, and I figured the time of year was perfect for that. This took about half an hour, I might do Anti as well in the next couple of days.
