i haven’t read through kyle rayner’s solo run of GL yet but i was reading his wiki and i read that before the fact that rings could work on yellow if you overcame your fear was revealed, his worked on it anyway and it was explained as it being a “newer model” but in reality he overcame his fear of rejection everytime he presented his art
anyway now i’m obsessed with the idea of an au where the entire parallax destroying the corps thing didn’t happen and kyle was just like. a normal GL
