Some quick and slap dash edits/re-imaginings of the sprites from the original Super Mario bros. Bonus Bowser is due to not knowing how the original bowser is tiled, the smaller one is tile for tile, the other if they didn’t use the entire space.

Also bonus bonus ones in the 100% view. Lakitu/Koopa troopa/hammer bros’s’s designs are *kind* of based of their promo image versions and their modern versions.

Favorite fan-theory I just learned

Machin Shin is just Lakitu from Mario Kart, but now evil from the taint.

He started out super friendly, picking you up and getting you back on track if you fell off the pathway in the Ways, but he now he’s gone evil and tries to push you off.
