There is very little else a woman can wear that will instantly stir me and cause me to swell as a high waisted skirt. This isn’t out of some fetish for the 50s, or because of the secretaries and flight attendants that wear them. I mean, that’s something I definitely fetishise, but the reason I like the skirt isn’t because of them. 

No, I adore the high waisted skirt quite so much is for two reasons. The first is that it offers an uncompromised view of a woman’s arse, uninterrupted by waistlines or seams. Just that beautiful curve, drawn tight thanks to the cinch above the hips, there for all to see. 

The other is that, without that waistband, those seams, any interruptions, there’s nothing to protect that bum from my open hand. Clothed spankings are a personal favourite, as they can last much longer without causing proper damage, and for those, the high waisted skirt is unequalled.
