Almost a year after drawing the original sketch I finally got to finishing it up… _(:3 ) enjoy!

Edit: Fixed the shading on Vangelis’s hand- I think this is one of the best foreshortened hands I’ve drawn in years so I’m not letting it go without good shading. 

(Non-fanart) I just realised I never uploaded this bunch of refs anywhere after I finished this compilation of canon(?) costumes that the main Ninjago cast has used up till season 13 somewhere in the first quarter of the year. (I can’t remember from exactly where all these images were taken from but most of them were from the ninjago fandom wiki as well as my own screenshots from the show that were uploaded onto youtube.)

I guess this is my present to the ninjago community? Merry Christmas!

Welcome 2022!

To celebrate, I thought I’d draw a tiger Lloyd in the legacy anniversary gi. I’ve never drawn in this style before and I had a lot of fun!

Later this year I will be making this design into stickers to sell or include as a freebie in orders when I open a shop :> Either way, I hope you all like this design

Info about Barnie:

Barnie can produce bubbles from his mouth and hands. He can manipulate the bubbles into any shape of his choosing (sometimes he’ll put on ‘puppet’ shows for kids in town using the shaped bubbles).

Barnie is also completely new to being a ninja, as seen by his basic gi.

Bubble strengths:

•Bubbles can be breathable upon his choosing, or he can use it for suffocation— but he would never… right?

•People and objects up to a certain weight + limit can be encased and/or transported using the bubbles.

•Barnie recently figured out how to make bubbles different colors purely for fun, but it would prove useful for camouflaging and surprise attacks.

Bubble weaknesses:

•As said before, there is a weight and size limit for what can be held within a bubble.

•He cannot keep a single bubble intact for over an hour, and as more bubbles enter the equation, the duration becomes less and less.

•Bubbles can be thin or thick, based on the energy input. So, generally thin bubbles can be popped simply with someone’s hand, while thicker bubbles can only be penetrated by arrows and shurikens.
