Penicillin cocktail !
Ingredients:
1.5oz Blended Scotch
.5oz Lemon Juice
.5oz Honey
.5oz Ginger Syrup
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain over ice into an Islay Scotch-rinsed glass, and garnish with candied ginger.
