Musso and Frank’s for dinner before watching Eddie Izzard on Saturday. We had a wonderful meal! We shared a caprese salad and celery stuffed with blue cheese mousse. I had the lamb chops with a side of bernaise. Everything was so good.
I had zero ideas what to do with the chicken thighs that I took out of the freezer this morning.
I ended up searing them off and then slow braising them with onions, a can of green chillies, garlic with a little chicken broth. Thicken it up with a spoonful of sour cream after I took it off the heat at the very end.
Served over cauliflower rice and topped with shredded cheese. Definite repeat meal.
