Well, it’s snowing again(!), so I figured why not post my beach-y entry in @deuza_art’s #deuza3k draw this in your style challenge. I loved the design of the original (especially the tattoos) and wanted to make her a surfer, so I decided to incorporate those nouveau ornaments from the background into her board.
Here’s my entry in the #cladart3k DTIYS challenge from @cladart_ (congrats on the milestone!). I really enjoyed the colors and jumped at the chance to participate - and to practice drawing braids haha!
The #alxvltg14k DTIYS challenge from @alxvltg_art was too cool not to participate! I loved the colors and patched jacket and had a lot of fun taking on this drawing.
You know what I almost never draw? Feathered wings. I don’t think I’m particularly good at it, and I still have trouble wrapping my head around wing anatomy and feather direction. BUT when I saw the really cool (and very pink) #liphasis350 DTIYS challenge from @liphasis I figured I’d give feathered wings another try!
When I first saw @_mervila_ ’s #dtiysmervila1k challenge I was so taken by it that I knew I had to participate! I loved the energy and the power of the original and I wanted to capture that but also give it a bit of a playful, snarky “empowered but also above/over it” vibe.
Down to the wire here, but here’s my entry in the #ADL140k DTIYS challenge from @adesignerlife_ (congrats on the milestone!). I loved the look of this fierce archer and was really excited to take a shot at her (pun intended)!
Here’s my entry in the #ntyjen1k DTIYS challenge from @nty.jen (congrats on the milestone!). I really liked this cute little demon girl and jumped at the chance to participate in the challenge - and maybe it was my recent Gargoyles post, but I just had to do a version with her wings and tail!
