I haven’t sung my “everything hurts” song even once. Not even right after the marathon was over :D  I feel ready to go for a easy shakeout run today and start training for Boston next week (yeah, I’m going to apply for the spot so I might as well start planning the training. If I do Boston I want to break 4:30).

Marathon prep: Issues with my hip
