i saw a post earlier (which i, of course, cannot find now) about how wonderful fanfiction is, in that one can love a character so much they want to write them a thousand happy endings. even more, i think, is how amazing it is to find whole communities of people who love the same character and also want to write them thousands of happy endings. that’s love.
