Spider-Verse fanfiction idea I’ll never get around to writing:
Teacher: Congratulations, Miles. Your paper on multi-dimensional physics has attracted a TON of interest from our Science Mentorship partners. We’ve found you a really wonderful Science Mentor who’s going to be helping you prepare your Youth Science Innovators presentation this week.
Miles: Oh, wow, my parents are gonna be so proud.
Teacher: So, let me introduce you to Dr. Olivia Octavius. Thank you, doctor, for being part of this mentorship program.
Liv: It’s my pleasure, I’m just happy I can help inspire the science community of tomorrow.

Important additions:
- Liv is 100% legitimately invested in being a good Science Mentor. After all, today’s young scientists are tomorrow’s reality-warping coworkers.
- Miles’s paper was an edited version of his research on small, stable inter-dimensional portals, so he can hang out with Gwen/get multiverse help against major threats.
- Sometimes, Miles forgets to be scared or angry at Doc Ock and starts actually learning from her, except she inevitably proposes something super unethical and then unconvincingly adds “…theoretically, of course” and Miles starts planning how to counter whatever doom-bot she’s just come up with as Spider-Man.
- May Parker has been helping Miles with spider-gadgets and general science stuff after school. At some point, she and Liv have an angry shouting match over who gets science-custody of their science-nephew.
- Miles has to figure out how to turn down a very plush internship offer from Octavius at the end of the week. His parents insist he take it, he fails to come up with a good reason not to that doesn’t involve Spider-Man knowledge. His parents have Liv over for dinner, she speaks highly of their son and his bright future. The family loves her.
- When Liv eventually figures out his secret identity, she goes full punch-clock villain and keeps mentoring Miles while fighting Spider-Man’s attempts to stop her Bad Idea Science.

Someone: “Our primary suspect is Doc Ock.”
Miles: “It’s not Doc Ock.”
Someone: “How do you know?”
Miles: “Because Liv promised to stop causing mayhem on school nights if I agreed not to tell Floyd she’s the one who keeps taking his food out of the company fridge.”
spiderman helping out the owner of a local art store and them giving him a spiderman discount so now miles only goes in there if hes in his suit
Art store owner realises his secret identity because miles was one of his favourite customers and now he’s suddenly stopped coming in
miles mentions he has to go to the art supply store and jefferson INSISTS on taking him on the way home from school on friday so he can Learn More about his son’s hobby and the owner gives him the fucking discount and miles just dies inside
Jefferson is like “hey why’d you leave so quick” and he’s just like “haha, I just remembered I had to swing by some other places after” and Jefferson adds another post it note to his secret conspiracy board of Is Miles Spiderman

Bitten by a slightly different strain of genetically engineered spider than that which granted Peter Parker his powers, Miles possesses abilities similar to the original Spider-Man’s, including enhanced strength and agility, the ability to adhere to walls and ceilings with his hands and feet,[16] and a “spider sense” that warns him of danger, which manifests itself as a buzzing sensation in his head.[10][18] He also has abilities that the original Spider-Man did not have, including the ability to turn invisible,[13] and an electrical “venom strike” that can render people paralyzed with a touch,[16] including the electrically powered Electro. The venom strike can be conducted through Miles’ gloves,[12] and also affects non-ferrous materials, such as plastic Lego bricks.[16] It can be used against an opponent at a distance by conducting it through a material in which both Miles and his opponent are in contact, such as the webbing of the Earth-616’s Spider-Man, though it is not known what other materials will allow him to do this.[24]

Summary:Reader is a Spider person from another universe who has landed in a new New York. They team up with their friend Miles from another universe to find this new New York’s Spiderman and offer him help however they can. But Reader encounters something they’re not prepared for a Peter Parker who looks just like their father.
You were in New York, but it wasn’t your New York. Your New York was dressed in sepia tones as if the city itself lived in a constant sunset. It was brighter here. The buildings of this New York were sharper, more angular. It was a different universe. This had happened to you once before. You’d been ripped from your home universe and sent to another.
“[Y/N]?” You looked to your left and smiled. It seems you weren’t the only one ripped from a different universe. Miles Morales of Earth 1610, was crouched on the steal eagle next to you. The two of you were perched towards the top of the Chrysler Building, looking out at the city.
“Good to see you again.” You watched his shoulder visibly relax.
“Good it’s you! Not that you wouldn’t be you but I’m glad that you remember me.” He breathed. “Um, [Y/N] do you know which universe this is?”
“Well, there’s still color so all I’ve managed to rule out Spiderman Noir’s universe. And it’s not mine or yours.”
“Great!” Miles huffed sarcastically. “Only an infinite number of other possibilities then.”
“C’mon, we’ll figure it out together.” With a thwip of your webbing you were off the building arching towards the next. Looking for this universe’s spider-person wouldn’t be easy. Although most of the time he was Spider-Man and his secret identity was Peter Parker, that wasn’t always the case. You and Miles were both proof of that. But finding the spider-person, whoever they were, wasn’t as impossible as Miles had thought either.
You started searching the city with locations that were common across the multiverse in mind. New York for example was home to almost every spider-person you’d met. You began to wonder while you and Miles searched the city, if spider-person was an accurate term given the fact that the two of you had on one occasion met a Spider-Ham. You pushed the thought away for now. You need to continue searching, not worry about semantics.
You and Miles paused at Midtown High. The High School that was a common education institution among the spiders. Then you both felt it, the spider senses. You’d found this universe’s spider.
“They’re here!” The two of you said at the same time.
“Now we just have to figure out where.” You told him. You searched the school, letting your spider senses guide you through the halls of an unfamiliar Midtown High. You followed your senses to a science lab on the second floor. “We have to be careful. We don’t know what we’re going to find here.”
Miles nodded and you pushed open the door to the lab. There were three teenagers around yours and Miles’ age. You didn’t recognize any of them but somehow you knew, in whatever way bonded the spider heroes across the multiverse, that the boy with the fluffy brunette hair and sad smile was this universe’s Peter Parker. There were more of them. You realized. More spider people in room than just you, Miles, and the boy.
You looked to your right and what you saw had you gasping for air. The first shock to your system came in the form of a man you’d only seen in pictures. He was a Peter Parker who looked nearly identical to the Peter Parker that Gwen had lost. Gwen Stacy had been a Spider Person you and Miles met on your last encounter together. Gwen had shown you photos of the love she’d been unable to save.
“Is that Gwen’s Peter?” Miles asked you quietly. So, he’d noticed it to. You said nothing as you looked to the fifth Spider Person in the room. He had to be another Peter Parker, another Spiderman. After all that’s what he’d in your universe. Although you’d been lucky enough to call him by another name.
“Dad.” You breathed so quietly that only Miles had heard you.
“Do we know you?” Gwen’s Peter asked. He looked at the three teenagers to his right. “Do you know them?”
“You don’t know us.” Miles confirmed. “But we know you or other versions of you.”
“This is going to get really confusing, really quickly. Everyone named Peter Parker raise your hand.” The three Peters raised their hands. Great you’re Peter 1,” You pointed to the Peter who looked like your dad. “You’re Peter 2,” You pointed to the universe’s Peter. “And. You’re…”
“Peter 3.” Gwen’s Peter sighed exasperatedly.
“I’m Ned and this is MJ.” The Non-Peter boy from this universe introduced.
“Who are you?” This universe’s MJ asked.
“That’s Miles and I’m [Y/N]. [Y/N] Parker.” You told them.
“He called me Gwen’s Peter.” Peter 3 said. “You two know Gwen Stacy?”
“Kind of.” You and Miles went on to explain how the two of you met and your past adventure together. Peter 2 explained how you and the other spiders were pulled into his universe by accident along with some of their villains. They gathered at the school to find cures for the various villains.
“You’re making Goobers.” You said.
“We can help.” Miles offered. The three Peters seemed reluctant to accept help from you at first but given they were working under a time crunch, they eventually conceded that more spiders was better. Peter 3 was already working with MJ and Ned, so Miles partnered with Peter 2. This left you alone with Peter 1.
“Do you ever get used to this?” Peter 1 asked. You were looking at the computer monitor in front of you rather than looking at him. “All the Spidermen…Spider-People?”
“Miles and I met a Spider Ham once. He was a talking pig.” You still wouldn’t look at him. You couldn’t. The sound of his voice alone was getting you choked up.
“I was someone important you wasn’t I?” Peter 1 asked. “Whoever your Peter Parker was that looked like me.”
“He,” You sucked in a deep breath. “He was my Dad.” You looked over at him at last. Your eyes watering as you studied his face. It was less wrinkled than you remembered but he had the same blue eyes. The same concerned expression as when you were four and chipped your tooth on the coffee table. “The logical part of me knows that you’re not him and I can tell myself that all day long but he died when I was young. I haven’t seen him in really long time.”
“It’s okay.” He told you. “Did your father ever tell you about Uncle Ben and Aunt May?”
“He talked about them a lot. Mom still does.” You nodded.
“When I was your age I would have don’t anything to see them again. Even if I had to travel to another dimension and they didn’t know who I was.” He smiled at you. “I’m sure your father would be proud of you.”
“What makes you say that?” You asked, wiping away tears.
“Because I’m proud of you.” He said.
“You don’t know anything about me.” You insisted.
“I know you’re a hero. I know that you’re brave and a little bit crazy. You have to be to do what we do.” He laughed. “I know that you lost someone important to you but you get up every day and you keep fighting. That’s all you can do.”
“Do you have kids Peter?” You asked him.
“Not yet.” He told you. “But I hope that when I do, they’re like you [Y/N].”
Merry Christmas everyone!!! I hope everyone is having a wonderful day!! I’ve been spending a lot of time resting my ankle and drawing to pass the time! XD but it’s still been a great day! I hope everyone is having a happy holiday!

After defeating Ultimatum; Miles Morales and Shift were shown around the void when Ultimatum reluctantly agrees in helping them to find the missing Prowler. As they reached the portal area, Ultimatum pushes Miles and Shift into the portal and says “Adios, sucker!” before the portal closes. When the duo wake up in darkness, they find the glow which shows how the event played out. It showed the fight between Miles Morales and Selim except that it ended differently with Selim killing Miles, Mindspinner and Shift as well as taking Miles’ baby sister as his prize. Without Miles Morales and the two clones to stop him, Selim had taken over New York and turned it into dystopia. Miles Morales and Shift had landed in the dystopian alternate reality where Selim ruled as a dictator.

I cannot wait to see this fucking movie!!!
I love how the movie is showing that he is both African American and Hispanic. Like this Afro latainx culture is coming out full force in this movie and I love it
