I was pretty bummed when I wasn’t able to go on spring break to Cali with my friends. My best friend promised to keep uploading photos on Facebook so that I didn’t miss out. This was the last photo he uploaded a couple of hours ago - it’s already gotten dozens of likes and comments. The guys in the photo are easy enough to recognize - my friend, my roommate and a fat nerd I knew from school.

The woman was even easier to recognize - she had told me that she was going to Cali for business - the woman who gave birth to me - my own mom.
