Take a minute for yourself !

Being present and mindful in our day to day life is very simple task but due to stress and distractions we just forget the simplest and the most important thing in our lives, i.e., our existence. We are so much caught up by our daily work and all the chaos that we start taking ourselves granted. And in the long run this will make yourself very unbalanced . So to just make you remember your existence do some following activities:


1. In between just check with yourself that are you still breathing. You can make it as a ritual activity like whenever you sit down, or whenever you open the door.✨


2. Whenever you wake up from your bed in the morning just tell a good word to yourself. This will keep you positive and helps in growing your self confidence.


3. Try to walk or stand more while you are working. I know that many of us live in big cities and the houses are very small so for you guys try taking 2-5 mins breaks and try stretching your body. This will help your blood to flow properly and will indeed help you to destress your brody.


4. Just plan out realistically what things are you going to do a day before. This is the best when you are very lazy like me.


5. Lastly, please shut down any gadget (like mobile phones, headset, tvs, etc.) near you while you are having food. Doing this practice in your every day life will make you more calm and relaxed while you eat your food. ‍♀️
