This Halloween was a little different for me, it was pretty much dress up and workout! 80’s style glow-oga party at @ddygreensboro and then I hit up the @goldsgym a quick endurance cardio burn out!

Take a minute for yourself !

Being present and mindful in our day to day life is very simple task but due to stress and distractions we just forget the simplest and the most important thing in our lives, i.e., our existence. We are so much caught up by our daily work and all the chaos that we start taking ourselves granted. And in the long run this will make yourself very unbalanced . So to just make you remember your existence do some following activities:


1. In between just check with yourself that are you still breathing. You can make it as a ritual activity like whenever you sit down, or whenever you open the door.✨


2. Whenever you wake up from your bed in the morning just tell a good word to yourself. This will keep you positive and helps in growing your self confidence.


3. Try to walk or stand more while you are working. I know that many of us live in big cities and the houses are very small so for you guys try taking 2-5 mins breaks and try stretching your body. This will help your blood to flow properly and will indeed help you to destress your brody.


4. Just plan out realistically what things are you going to do a day before. This is the best when you are very lazy like me.


5. Lastly, please shut down any gadget (like mobile phones, headset, tvs, etc.) near you while you are having food. Doing this practice in your every day life will make you more calm and relaxed while you eat your food. ‍♀️

Fundamental focus must be on how to grow yourself in the best possible place within yourself.

I want to ask you all that “ It is there any person, theory, book , lifestyle, blog or anything out in the world which can give a full meaning to the real purpose of life. Is there anything that will tell the best way to live which can fit for everyone? ”


The answer is obviously no. Because if we compare even the siblings living in same family, theirs life situations will be very different. So we can’t fit all of the population under same banner of some kind of lifestyle.


So here I just want to tell you all from the above that please stop comparing your lifestyle with others. Their life situations and their surroundings will be very different from your. Just follow your path and it’s your duty to make a best lifestyle for yourself. I am not saying that don’t take points or actions from others lifestyle but just never try to copy it because their whole way of living will not fit for your life . And lastly , just be yourself because uniqueness comes from each individual’s own way of living and not by others.

So this summer I have discovered a new concept in my life called minimalism. Frist I was overwhelmed with all the videos and minimalist out there. If you see there video you must think man…how could they all live with almost no stuff. Like I am a human and so obviously you are and we all need material or simply stuff to do our daily work and our living . But then later, I realized that as a teenager …do we need that much amount of stuff or possessions in our lives…the answer is no. Earlier I used to spend a lot on unnecessary stationary and clothing . But now after realizing that i don’t need that much stuff and clutter in my room and definitely not in my mind , so now I spend only on the things those are necessary to live and sometimes the things that bring joy to myself and my surroundings.

Also minimalism is not only having less in life but having meaningful life. I know as a teenager earlier these things so called minimalism , mindfulness and meaningful living just didn’t mattered much. But after trying out these things in my own way with my own comfort and my try and error method I got that these things bring joy , happiness , calmness and peace in my life which I really didn’t had until I got to this point of my life .

So I just want to say that clutter is nothing but a physical view of the mess in your mind and tidy is nothing but an inner clarity and satisfaction .

So from now take an oath with me that: I shall always bring those things, people and surroundings with me who bring a real joy , clarity and satisfaction in my life and not bring in the mess and unhappiness in my life. I must keep unhappiness aside by just not allowing all of them to come and let in my life. ❤

New book of the month. Great book on Indian politics and about Indian economy. Will say give it a shot…nice book

Whenever you fall down from the path towards your goal then just remember that you are a player and players never quit. Always give yourself a second chance to stand up and continue to run on this race track . Tell yourself that “NOW IT’S MY TURN TO WIN. ”

The time can be only two thing : 1. Your friend  2. Your enemy

It’s your choice how to treat it . If you value it it will definitely be your friend but if you don’t value it  it will just become your enemy.  So give yourself some time (a good time) and plan what is necessary in your life at present. Because, though you have a lot of good friends…but your present is your best friend.  Always remember it , “past is gone you can’t change it and future you can only make it by living fully in your present”.

My thoughts…

We all are living in this 21th century world which is very competitive and fast moving. Honestly, for teenagers just like us, this world is getting very tough day by day and very stressful to even survive this race of teenage life . Here everyone is doing some or the other extraordinary thing and as an individual, we also get a lot of pressure from our schools, our parents and even from our friends to do just something that makes you standout from the crowd. This creates a lot stress which can lead to mental depression or anxiety. So the first thing to stop all the mental issues is to stop stressing out. And we can do it by different distress processes which are mentioned below.


1.Chill , calm down and just for a second stop being overwhelmed because nothing good can ever happen when your overwhelmed by the stuff around you.


2. Drink water . It might help you when you keep a glass of water near the place where you are working .


3. Check out your eating habits. Eating more of unhealthy food might lead your brain to function inappropriately and this may lead to stressful situations. So go and fix your eating habits with more nutrients, protein and vitamins


4.Take some break from your work . Do some stretching and eye exercises during the break .


5. Talk to some friends or family. By talking to them about your problems can help a lot. Sometimes they can even come out with a solution to your problem.


6. Having good sleep and taking naps in between. If you can afford good sleep then it’s great . But if you are a hard worker and couldn’t get a proper sleep then it’s very important to take 15-20 minutes of small naps in between. It will help you in long term .


7. Clean out your working space. A nice, tidy and clean space can calm your brain when you are already in a stress mode .


8. Go out . Do some yoga or exercise. Have a nice morning jog or a comfortable evening walk. Get some air inside your lungs.


9. Take a nice shower. I know this is different but listening to your favourite music while showing boosts your mind and creates positive energy around you.


10. Lastly follow your passion and your hobbies.

So just now stop for a bit and try observing the world around you and try to enjoy every bit of your moments and experiences.
