this cards definitely powerful, but in the wordiness and boringest way possible. it’ll probably be the main draw to play jund or whatever

well, if unexpected windfall combo decks weren’t already dominant in standard they certainly are now. you get to play 8 copies of your windfall and you can back up your galvanic iterations with 4-of a less optimal copy spell like dual strike or teach by example for max consistency. new capenna has also given us myriad new ways to abuse treasure tokens. it’s going to be an interesting standard
