Ecumenical Center (1961-68) in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, by Rietveld Van Dillen & Van Tricht. Both Gerrit Rietveld and Joan van Dillen died before the completion of the building.
This is what it looked like today, May 2022. I have walked past it hundreds of times and it still is a completely odd building. So I had to walk over just now and take a picture. Things have changed a bit.
