#yoga #love From eveinmotion - Been feeling under the weather, that forced me to take time off training. Meaning sitting with all kinds of thoughts since I can’t distract myself by moving around. At times like these my mind runs 100 thousand miles an hour and I use journaling as an outlet for that madness Notes I write are pretty random, like these: I do believe we consume animal’s energy along with its body. In ancient times men would hunt and eat creatures that’s been running around free, out in the wildernesses. I can understand how beneficial that food was for human mind-body. As things changed nowadays, most animals have shitty lives, let alone deaths. They are raised and fed on drugs to get bigger. Coincidentally, people struggle with weight problems. For a while, I got confused about whether or not use animal products because my grandparents were farmers. It’s been a family tradition until my mom decided to live in the city. She didn’t feel called to agriculture field - and that’s the main way of living out in the country. However, animals are well taken care of and have more freedom roaming around pastures. I’ve been transitioning to a plant-based diet and still make exceptions here and there, understanding that any sustainable change takes time. Why am I sharing all this..
