-“hey baby, did you sleep well last night? i’m sorry i can’t be home.” taeyong asked you over the phone as he couldn’t be home for a couple of days due to the hectic schedules. you couldn’t help but smile to yourself because he remembered you expressing difficulty in sleeping without him. he called you before you fell asleep in hopes it would allow you to sleep well with him. “yeah i slept well, thank you for calling me.”

- you were numb. you had recieved the shocking news of your brothers death. while you two weren’t the closest you had always admired his perseverance and his passion. you couldn’t feel, no one could comfort you. everyone had offered their condolences but no one had really been there you know? the one person who was always there was as away and dubai. or so you thought as his warmth wraped at you. “what are you doing here?” you asked with more tears brimming your ears as you looked up at him. “i would never leave you alone during a time like this.”

- you were exaughsted school was tiring especially with exams coming up you were more than worried for you grade. you spent almost every moment that wasnt at school studying. “why dont you take a break and come eat with me.” taeyong wrapped his arms around you whispering in you ear. “I really need to finish these notes, im not hungry.” you say shortly returning back to book. the red haired boy sighed leaving the room only to come back shortly with two plates of food. “if you wont come eat out there, i guess we’ll just have to eat in here.”

- it was almost midnight and you were kinda tired but it didn’t matter when taeyong intertwined his fingers with yours. “i’m really grateful for the times like these we get to have together.” you couldnt help the blush that creeped up on your face as you heard his words. “me too, babe.”

- you and taeyong had gotten into an argument and you decided it would be best for both of you if he had stayed in the dorms for a couple of nights. apparently, taeyong didn’t have the same idea. you were frustrated with all of the things he had said in rage during your argument and you wanted to do nothing more than sulk and ignore him. that was until he came home anyway even after you agreed to give each other space. you ate dinner in awakward silence feeling agitated with the red haired boy in front of you looking so cute. you just wanted to hug and kiss him but at the same time you just wanted to pretend he didn’t exist. your thought process was interrupted with taeyong clearing his throat. “my love, please lets just clear everything up. you’re my everything and i dont want to lose you because of a petty argument after a bad day.”

- you were finally on break from school! unfortunately this break didn’t sync with taeyongs break but you still looked foward to sleeping in. you woke up to feeling warmth around you and you turned around confused as to why taeyong was in bed next to you staring at you. “what are you doing here? it’s almost noon?” “I took a couple of days off so we could spend some time together during your break. but if they ask im really sick.” he chuckled.

- you were awoken by a text.

you couldn’t help but smile and jump out of bed.
