Yes, there is a lot of talk about tiny houses at the moment, but since I’m never synchronized, I paradoxically present to you a huge lot! Aaaaaand… after 6 months, it is finally here ! Lily’s house and especially her garden: Lily’s garden ! (from the game Lily’s Garden on mobile)

This is the biggest project I have ever created: a 64 x 64 lot, CC free, with hundreds of flowers, shrubs, and trees, several constructions and as many fun activities to occupy your sims. Certainly the bills for such a dream place are high, but I’m sure you all know GodMother Motherlode ! So if you want to know more, don’t hesitate : this modest hut is now available on the gallery !
And to finish convincing you, I even created my very first video (but really, the very first, I really never did that before !) which you can find on my brand new Youtube channel , created for the opportunity. Yes, yes, I told you, this is my most ambitious project to date ! I hope you enjoy !

C'est le plus gros projet que j'ai jamais créé : un terrain de 64 x 64, sans CC, avec des centaines de fleurs, d'arbustes, et d'arbres, plusieurs constructions et autant d'activités amusantes pour occuper vos sims. Certes, les factures pour un tel endroit de rêve sont élevées, mais je suis sûre que vous connaissez tous Marraine Motherlode ! Alors si vous voulez en savoir plus, n'hésitez pas ! Unity Dormitory: 10 rooms [CC FREE]

A modern, simple dormitory for your Sims. There are 10 rooms available for students, furnished with IKEA stuff. All of them have a bookshelf, a chest of drawers, a small fridge, and a desk for studying needs. They are ready for you to decorate them however you want to mach your students’ personalities.

Noneof them have a separate bathroom. There are two communal ones instead. There’s no cafeteria and your Sims have to cook on their own in a communal kitchen, which I find much more realistic. You still have vending machines at disposal. When you enter the building, there’s the imitation of a cloakroom and a gatehouse. At the back, there’s a balcony with two telescopes. You also have some kind of a chill room. Flowers are taken care of by sprinklers.

I recommend downloading Improved Cop-A-Feelby@honeywell-mts​, which makes it possible to sit on a bed. This is extremely useful for small rooms in dormitories. Enjoy.

It forms a part of a frontage, so consider adding something nearby (e.g. another tenement of mine, cf. Stuck House) and don’t be surprised seeing empty walls.

Residents have both staircase and lift at disposal.

This building was inspired by one of tenements in Poznań, Poland.

Two of them are kept in the style of typical classy old apartments, one is kind of more “rural”, while the last one, the biggest, is rather “wealthy”.

Residents have both staircase and lift at disposal.

No Wonder Dormitory: 10 rooms [CC FREE]

Once I built a dormitory which I really felt lack of in The Sims 2: University. It was inspired by many postwar dormitories in Europe, and it looks a little bit like a block of flats.

There are 10 rooms available for students, each one in different colour, furnished with white IKEA stuff. All of them contain mini-fridge, built-in wardrobe, and a desk for studying needs. They are ready for you to decorate them however you want to mach your students’ personalities.

There is a communal bathroom, although 8 of 10 rooms have separate ones. There’s also a kitchen and a dining hall. Keep in mind there is actually no cafeteria worker, so your Sims do have to make their own food, contrariwise typical dormitories in game. They can also use vending machines if they’re too lazy (this is what non-playable roommates wil certainly fall in love with). Beside the entry is a decorative gatehouse.

Additionally, students have a small library, all in green (as green is thought to relieve stress), and a chillout room with a TV, easels, billiard table, and chess boards. They can master practically every skill with no need of leaving the lot.

I have not added any flowers, since students really do not have time and a desire to care about them.

The dorm was originally built in a campus named Viedenue, belonging to the city of Niebodart.

La Femme Hotel [CC FREE] [3 lot types]

Bonjour tout le monde ! To make a contrast to my previous entry, I’m coming up with something much more elegant. It’s another one of my tenement series. This one consists of a hotel,café,boutique,restaurantand a spa(with a changing room, jacuzzi, sauna, and a massage table).

I’m giving you three lot types to download, choose whichever suits you best: a hotel, a communitylot, or an apartmentlot.

The building has 4 floors and 8 rooms (aka flats, if you use apartment lot type). The restaurant and the spa are located on the top floor, while the café and the boutique are on the ground floor. On the roof you will find La Femme statue protecting the hotel’s guests.

The hotel lot type will work properly even if placed outside the Bon Voyage subhood. What’s the point of renting a hotel room if you have your own house in the main hood, you may ask? You can rent it for you and your partner if you don’t live together, or get the taste of a high life for a while. Have fun!

Bear in mind that due to technical limitations implemented by Maxis, some features might not be available in a vanilla game:

• If you run a hotel lot type, you will not be able to buy new clothes from a display rack; the only available interaction will be to try them on. [check out this mod to solve this problem]
• If you run a community lot type, the hotel mechanism will not be working at all and you will not be able to rent a room.
• If you run an apartment lot type, the hotel rooms will be converted to apartments. Hotel mechanism will be gone but the interior will stay the same (with doors changed and no hotel desk) – you can redecorate your flat (e.g. add a fridge) however you like as soon as you move in. The restaurant will work as it should, but there will be no random guests appearing. No shopping available, though. [check outthis mod if you want the shopping functions included]
