Moo Petting Zoo
A petting zoo/farm with a small house for a single sim or couple and their cat(s). I had to make it residential in order to buy the animals so I imagine it’s the owner/caretaker who lives there. I playtested it with 1 sim and two cats and I have to recommend letting a couple run the farm because it is a lot of work. I made another one of my sim families go visit it and I’m also pretty sure this lot will be fun to use with the club-system.

Friends, we do not give up, and still creating-creating and creating! And welcome new CC item - this is a car “Ogniva”. Yes, it reminds russian car “Niva”, but not total copy, as usual.
It’s decor with lots of recolors. One recolor turns the car into forest ranger service car. This car will be a cool decor for builders, who building farms, cottages, for scenes on picknic in forest.
