hey i didn’t get a warning for this, and it made me extremely anxious while reading about it, but in veil of shadows PLEASE be wary because a character just straight up commits suicide. it’s very detailed, and i’m appalled that the erins didn’t put a huge trigger warning for it, as it is an extremely sensitive topic for a lot of people.
please be careful when reading.
The scene happens in Chapter 19 on the end of page 237 into 238. The scene is only a paragraph long and begins with ‘[character] knew what [they] had to do.”
If you still want to read the book and you know this might trigger you or make you anxious, it’s possible to skip the WHOLE of page of 238 and still have a grasp on what happened without having to read any of the indetail description. Just to be safe!
