Feeling  empowered by taking care of myself. Working out with @arenastrength_ bands  and @yoga.burn dvds in the goddess pose whilst fasting.

Been to Hairculture , my Hairdresser cut, dye and blow dry. My hair is in fabulous condition. 

Contented  on so many levels and it shows in my face. Happy to be where I am in life right now. 

Totally into gratitude and surrender. Shamanic  journeying (from my therapeutic shamanism books ) @goodreads and now listening  to a good punk playlist via @last_fm

Finished off with a gorgeous vegan red juice @organifi and banana/cinnamon protein smoothie from @vivolife @nutribulletuk
