Had a lovely birthday. Did everything that I wanted to do. The weather was fabulous, like how I remember it as a kid. Just a pleasant late Spring day. Even helped a little lost bat on the grand union canal

I’m so grateful for so many things, so many people in my life, who have stayed with me, when I hit rock bottom. I’m a very private person, so not much comes out in public.
These people know who they are. I’m also grateful for all the lessons I needed to learn in the last year. I did my best, some things worked out others didn’t at least I gave everything a good shot.

and is such a big part of our busy daily lives. However, when it comes to hormones I am often quite confused about what they do and how I can influence them. That’s because our body is so complex, individual and especially when it comes to hormones: always in the flow.
That makes them even more fascinating to me.

As I said last week: For me it’s unbelievable that even inside my body everything seems to be about timing!

While it is usually unnoticeable, I really felt it in form of my jet-leg on my flight back from Bali. To keep this precious timing within us it can be essential to know what affects our inner clock. There is scientific evidence of social interaction (also virtual), light, activity, meal time influencing our circadian rhythm. We can use this knowledge to find our inner harmony and get into our power which we need NOW MORE than EVER.
