During July of 2014, a total of four orca were captured in the Sea of Okhotsk, Russia.
In December 2015, it was confirmed that Chimelong Ocean Kingdom in China had imported a total of 9 Orca to their park between 2013 and 2015; two in 2013, five in 2014, and two in 2015.
There is still very little information available about these whales.

On December 6, 2013, the captive born female Takara gave birth to her fourth calf; a female named Kamea sired by the Argentinean male Kshamenk via Artificial Insemination.
Kamea can often be seen swimming alongside her mother and sister Sakari, as well as Unna, but will can also be seen with any of her other tank mates.
Today, Kamea is 1 year old and still resides at the Texas park.

On November 20, 2013, captive-born female Wikie gave birth to her second calf; a male named Keijo. His father has never been confirmed, though it is believed that Keijo’s father is his uncle Valentin, which would mean Keijo is inbred.
Despite this, Keijo is an active calf who spends a lot of time with his mother and older half-brother, Moana. He is often seen copying the older whales during shows. However, some troubling behavior has been observed between Wikie and Keijo in the past.
On May 26, 2014, a video was uploaded to YouTube showing Keijo on the slideout. When he attempts to reenter the water, Wikie comes out of the pool and pushes him further onto the slideout. Wikie repeats this at least 2 times throughout the video. This behavior is most likely a learned behavior, as there is photo evidence of Wikie being forced onto the slideout by her own mother, Sharkan. It is unknown why Sharkan ever displayed this behavior in the first place as no wild populations have ever been observed purposely forcing their calves to beach themselves.
Today, Keijo is 1 year old and still resides at Marineland Antibes with his mother, half-brother, and two uncles.

Sometime in October 2013, a group of three Orca were captured near Sakhalin Island in Russia. One of the whales was either released, transported elsewhere, or died; there is no information on the whereabouts of this whale. A second whale from this capture was reportedly moved to China, though no other information is available.
The third whale, a young male later named Nord, was transferred to the Adaptation Center in Livadia near Nakhodka where he was kept with several other whales, including a female named Narnia who was captured in 2012.
On December 2, 2013, Narnia and Nord were transferred to Moscow where they spent some time in iron tanks at the All-Russian Exhibition Center while the Moscow Dolphinarium & Aquarium was being constructed. After construction was nearly finished, Narnia and Nord were moved into their new ‘home’ and in July 2014, were joined by another young female known as Malyshka or Juliet.
In July 2015, some private shows were conducted but the purpose for these shows is unknown. It could have been to see if the whales could handle an audience, for advertisement purposes, or for the aquarium owners.
On August 4th, Russian President Vladimir Putin visited the aquarium. The following day, the aquarium opened up to those who received special invitations - however, visitors were met with protesters from the Alliance for Animals. While some visitors ignored them, others were upset. Though some visitors took the time to chat with the protesters and ask questions, and many decided against going to the aquarium.
According to the website of the Mosquarium, any kind of photography is prohibited but photos and videos have been appearing on social media sites, such as Instagram, regardless.
Today, Nord is approximately 6 years old and still resides in the Mosquarium with Narnia and Juliet.

Sometime in October 2013, three more Orca were captured near Sakhalin Island in Russia. Only two are known to be currently in captivity - it is unknown what happened to the third, or if there was ever a third whale.
One of the whales, a young male named Nord, was sent to the Moscow Dolphinarium & Aquarium with the female known as Narnia in December 2013.
Today, very little is known about the second whale and it is unclear if they are still in Russia, or have been moved to China.

The new captives refused to eat, but were eventually coaxed into it when Narnia began offering them her fish. Narnia remained with the new whales until she and a young male were transferred to the Moscow Dolphinarium & Aquarium in December 2013.
Today, this females location is unknown. Some believe she could be in Russia, or that she may be in China with the two young whales she was captured with. No other information has been made public, nor are the whales on public display.
