Of course I remember Ana’s cookies. You don’t forget something like that. I almost broke a tooth once.

Yeah. It’s been some crazy years. Some of us died, some of you lived on.

You ever wonder where we went wrong? I do. Maybe it was wrong from the beginning. It’s far too late now, Jack. The only thing we can do is to make them pay.

I hope you have a warm Christmas filled with sweet drinks and none of Ana’s cookies.

If Soldier: 76 wrote a Christmas card for Reaper.

Dear Gabe,

Merry Christmas.

It’s been some crazy years… feels like it was just yesterday we would sit in the base with a warm cup of coffee and try to get out of eating Ana’s cookies.

Remember Ana’s cookies? It was like eating rocks… nothing like your cookies at all.

And on Christmas morning I would make my famous flapjacks! With buttermilk and lots of syrup! And don’t you pretend they weren’t good, I remember you taking seconds!

I bet they don’t make flapjacks in Talon!

… but maybe cookies? Or is that another thing you have left in the past?

I’m coming for you. I’ll find you and I’ll knock some sense into you. Ana agrees. So prepare. I am not letting Talon keep you. Mark my words!

Dear Angela,

To say I was surprised upon reading your letter would be an understatement. But it does not follow that the surprise is unwelcome. I was very touched by your words and have read them many times. Perhaps I have also had one too many, but I found I needed courage to write this.

Now that you so bravely admit it, I can do the same. You have often been in my thoughts. Far too often I find myself wondering what you are doing. Are you working? What are you working on? I hope you do not mean to leave science behind, now that you have joined with Overwatch, that would be a great loss. For all of us.

I do indeed plan on working Christmas eve. I am however worried Sombra does not intend to let me work. I fear I might have to join in their festivities. 

No. The thought of meeting you in battle is not a pleasant one. I do not cherish it. So perhaps we could meet somewhere else? Perhaps some agreement could be reached. If you wish we could discuss it over a bottle of wine. Perhaps at New Years eve? I have no other engagements that day. 

I wish you a pleasant Christmas and I dare hope to hear from you again.

Wow, I’m glad to know my music’s been helping you. To tell you the truth, you’ve been a big inspiration for me too. I’ve seen what you do to keep your home safe, it’s impressive. It’s nice to see other people fighting like that, it gives me hope, you know. 

For real? I’d love to come! But only if you promise me I can get your autograph, it’d look good on my wall.

I was surprised to see your letter, I didn’t think you would write me. But I’m relieved to hear from you, even like this.

I saw some of your friends the other day, but didn’t hang around to chat. I was busy, they seemed busy.

I’m sorry about how we left it too. But I doubt we want the same ending.

New years? That depends on the company you keep. If you bring the friends you usually hang around with, I’d rather stay home.

Zaryas Christmas card looks to be hastily written. The text on the back is mostly readable and straight, but at places it looks rushed. On the front is a polar bear with a red Christmas hat.

Sombra’s Christmas card is a postcard from Zarya’s hometown. Of the village, covered in snow at Christmas time. Something Zarya probably know is available in the Christmas season. If you are at said hometown. The card is not sent from there. In fact, it does not seem to have been through the postal service at all. No stamp.

Now remember, you didn’t get this information from me. My boss wouldn’t be happy with me if it came out.
