Ryeon’s past is already so different from the original webtoon, so people are trying to guess the new version of her past.

Korean fans are guessing that, since Ryeon already mentioned she’s from ’Qing invasion of Joseon’ era, she must be one of the 'returning ladies'

But I wish they treaded the bullying and suicidal intent of Eun Bi more…tenderly and with more care. It’s such a sensitive and triggering subject

Same with the suicidal attempts in episode 1. The plot fixes it by having the attempters begging to live, but in some cases, when people have made up their minds, reverse psychology won’t work. Instead, I think it’ll egg them on more.
