My girlfriend has read Wheel of Time and she’s having me listen to the audio books and at one point I just pause the book, look her in the eye, and ask “is this guy seriously named More Death?”
Glad I watched the show first! Because after 1800+ pages of Wheel of Time books I am kinda mad at the show. Especially how dirty they did my lil scamp, devious prankster with a heart of (and for) solid gold, would def dance with all the ladies if he knew how to flirt, always here to save his friends for certain DOOM, Matrim Cauthon!!!
I am so convinced that Moiraine is going to die this book but, I am starting to have a horrible promotion that by the time Siuan learns how to dreamwalk in order to talk to Moiraine, Moiraine will already be dead…
Is Moiraine seriously going to die this book thinking Siuan is dead?!
I am listening to The Eye of the World currently after the show got me interested and…the further I get the more I am baffled by their weird who-could-be-the-dragon-shellgame. Why would you add that element to the story, you didn’t have to do that and it added next to nothing.
