Slick is a crafty and nimble artist whose unique talents are indispensable for quickly and quietly dispatching NSR’s greatest enemies & critics. While not a charter of any particular district, Slick is able to quickly manever across the city to address any uprising. His Sousa Swing Staff, a complex mix of brass, piano and heaven knows what else, is so heavy only he can efficiently wield it, let alone pick it up. While he’s not as fresh and young as some of NSR’s handpicked artists, he’s sharp & ruthless to anyone in his sights. He’s got a glib tongue & seems to butt heads with veteran Neon J. There might be some exploitable tension there.
