My blackness: is darkness, that makes light work of everything, everything live, is alive because it animated it, by comic strips that allow it to bare all to be vulnerable My blackness: is black and brown bodies, that didn’t have cap and gowns but died with crowns, not because they are royalty but for their divinity, that was always in their existence My blackness: is a dark hole, that swallows everything whole, never in parts, no matter how many dearly, are departed in new clips, always taking in whole for who they are
