Saturday 5th of March - Ken Hamaguchi’s solo exhibition ‘POSCA, with my opaque love’ is open from 12-7 PM.
Pictured is one of our favourite pieces in the show , the iconic Divine together with the early Sony Walkman logo. (Available)
All the pieces are executed with acrylic backgrounds and the characters and logos are Posca pen.

濱口らしいマニアックなセレクトで構成された本作品は、廃材にポスカであらゆる人物・ロゴ・キャラクター・背景までを描きまくり、直感で選んだ異素材を切り貼りして一枚の作品に仕上げています。
ありえない組み合わせ同士にハマる人続出の異色のポップアートを心行くまでご堪能ください。
大阪展示よりさらに130点ほど追加して展示いたします。またWISH LESSのオーナーでありアーティストの英国人ロブ・キドニーとのコラボ作品も発表いたします。

WISH LESS gallery is pleased to announce an exhibition of drawing works created with POSCA marker pens by realist painter Ken Hamaguchi titled “POSCA, with my opaque love”.
The work is composed of Hamaguchi’s maniacal selection of people, logos, characters and backgrounds drawn on waste paper and flyers with POSCA marker pens. The drawings are then selected and cut and pasted intuitively to create the finished piece of work.
Please enjoy this pop art composed of unique combinations and juxtapositions to your heart’s content.
Also included in the exhibition will be a limited number of pieces in collaboration with British artist Rob Kidney.
