While she mostly prefers to go around in the nude (as most pokemon do) Goober will get dressed for occasions where her trainer can’t go walking around with a big, naked purple dragon.
They eventually settled on a bathing suit as it won’t get all slimy and see-through from her skin. Also, the hat is cute.
Not sure how she fit it onto her head, but there ya go.

Just got an iPad and switched over from Krita to Procreate and in the process of learning the new program I made Oddish’s evolution line with shiny versions as stickers
