I got a little pad of 2.5 x 3.75″ kraft paper and felt like doing some traditional arting. Mucha inspired Sailor Moon villains, a mix of marker and colored pencil.

Chibi rendition of one of my favourite moments in the Nogizaka sera myu. It’s only a few seconds long, and almost at the very end of the entire musical during the Moonlight Densetsu number, but it’s so wonderfully silly and glorious, I’m so glad I can look at it in gif form again and again //D
An (arguably very self-indulgent) birthday present for my dear @gilbert-von-kneecap who watched the Nogizaka Sera Myu with me and got really excited over both Queen Beryl and Kunzite <3 thank you so much for letting me draw them for you, and of course for watching the entire musical with me!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Something interesting I noticed while re-reading Act 10 of the manga:Luna speaks in some sort of planetary symbol language to summon a portal to the Moon, and Queen Beryl speaks Hebrew to open the underground door that leads to Queen Metalia. Hm.
