Well this was just an absolutely fun find for me. For all those who sent their guesses from our Story post yesterday, here is the official answer: This is Dioptase on Wulfenite from Tiger, Pinal County, Arizona!! After 27 years in business, none of us have ever seen this combination together
We will be offering this rather unusual specimen on our Crystal Club on Monday.

I have always loved mixing & matching the many colors that crystals come in, but I also enjoy playing with different textures. While cleaning the Crystalline Temple today, I was putting the Cerussite crystals from Bolivia away and the Polished Maw Sit Sit Jade from Burma caught my eye. The contrast of color and texture is a lovely combination. When setting up our tables I am constantly keeping this in mind so that the crystals help show each other off.
