People with OCD generally:

• Have repeated thoughts or images about many different things, such as fear of germs, dirt, or intruders; acts of violence; hurting loved ones; sexual acts (frequently homosexual); conflicts with religious beliefs; or being overly tidy. 
• Do the same rituals over and over such as washing hands, locking and unlocking doors, counting, keeping unneeded items, or repeating the same steps again and again. Those rituals may be mental as well and may include different things, such as repeating certain words in order to stop the obsessions, avoiding eventual triggers or praying.
• Can’t control the unwanted thoughts and behaviors.
• Don’t get pleasure when performing the behaviors or rituals, but get brief relief from the anxiety the thoughts cause.
• Spend at least 1 hour a day on the thoughts and rituals, which cause distress and get in the way of daily life.

Uses: to protect yourself and family from negative energies and/or persons.

Items you will need:
- 1/3 cup of salt
- piece of paper
- envelope
- black pen
- 1 or more protective herbs (clove, lilac, garlic clove, ginger, etc.)

Step 1:
Gather the things you will need. Take the piece of paper and write the name of the person or describe the situation you wish to have protection from. Next, fold the paper and place it inside the envelope (don’t seal it shut!)

Step 2:
Take the herbs that you have chosen and put them in the envelope with the paper.

Step 3:
Now that all the herbs and the paper are in the envelope you can seal it closed. After hold your hands above it and visualize a white light/mist surrounding and soaking into the paper. While you close your eyes say:
By earth, air, water and fire
Let my voice rise higher and higher
Our hearts will no longer hurt
Banish all negativity down in the dirt
Goddess and god fill our lives with love
From below to above
As I will so mote it be.

Step 4:
Bury the envelope in the ground somewhere outside and continue on with your day

things you need:

stick of incense

jar of water (or bowl)

salt

piece of paper

This ritual should be done on a full moon, you do not have to cast a circle before this but if it makes you feel more comfortable then do so before you start. When you are ready to begin the ritual, light the incense and sit in front of your altar with the salt near by and the bowl or jar of water in front of you. Close your eyes to ground yourself and let go of the negativity from the day. When you are ready to start hold out your hand (your open palm facing down) over the water and imagine a white mist of fog coming out of your hand and infusing the water with energy. Do the same with the salt.

Take your piece of paper and your black pen and draw a pentacle on it in the center. Move the water so it is now on top of the pentacle, then pick up 3 pinches of salt and slowly sprinkle it into the water. Imagine the full moon shining down on you and your altar and giving you energy, feel it humming within you. While moving your hand above the water in a clockwise motion say this:

Oh beautiful Goddess, queen of the night
Please send down your silver light
and bless this open vessel filled to the brim
along with the liquid contained herein

Put your hands up in the air and say “As i will, so mote it be!”

Your full moon blessed water is now finished and you may use it to purify altar tools, use it in your circle castings or any other magick work! Make a new one at the next full moon if you desire.

I celebrate you as we come to the end of the year and the beginning of a new one”

The last time you go to the bathroom on Dec 31st wash your hands and then cup water into your hands under the facet

Say or think: “Hestia, beloved and eternal, to you I pour out the last libation of 2021”

Open your hands and let the water pour out

The first time you go to the bathroom on Jan 1st wash your hands and then cup water into your hands under the facet

Say or think: “Hestia, of the blessed hearth, to you I pour out the first libation of 2022”

Open your hands and let the water pour out

At some point during the 1st say or think: “To Hestia of the hearth and to all Theoi I welcome you into my life in the year of 2022, I will seek to foster Kharis with you and always aim for Arete, I prepare myself for this year, Khaire!”

If you can light a jar candle do so at some point during the 31st or 1st and say or think: “Hestia, I ask your blessings for this New Year, may the flame of your sacred hearth shine brightly in my life”

Write in a notes app a goal you have for this coming year so it’ll stay with you

Silently thank Hestia before you eat dinner on the 31st and before you eat breakfast on the 1st
