As you are probably aware, June 6 is celebrated by at least some fans as Rolo’s Day, as his name, ロロ (Roro), can be interpreted as 六六, roku-roku, or 6-6.
Some people also ‘celebrate’ dates that contain 二 (ni=2), ー (ichi=1, also the symbol that lengthens a vowel) and 三 (san=3), which kind of combines into 兄さん (niisan = older brother).
In this comic, Lelouch seems to ask Rolo for the date, which his mobile reads out as 'ni,ni-san’. Lelouch wants to know what’s wrong, but Rolo tells him it’s nothing, thinking that it’s just the date.
