#romanticizing small towns

i saw this post complaining about people romanticizing small towns and yes while the locals may be shitty and you might be in the middle of nowhere and nothing is happening but the true romantic part of being in a small town is that if you are in love with someone in your little small town, that’s crazy. you found one amazing person in a place where there’s so few people, and yet you found someone you love everything about. thats why people romanticize small towns. i know this firsthand.
