I’ve been having fun playing around with workflows that involve zbrush~

WIP ceramic sculpt based on my Commander Easyglider Twilight art.  Photos taken by my husband!

I’m still quite amateur at this, but it’s progress over my last sculpt, and I learned more things in the process. :)  Because it’s kiln-fired clay, there’s no armature underneath - everything is free-standing; attachments went better than my last winged figure.  There’s a hairline crack at the base of one wing though, that I’m hoping will cover up with underglaze. :/   I omitted the sunglasses from the original art, because I’m hoping to make those out of something transparent (plastic?) instead - if any crafty artists out there have a suggestion for a good material, I’m all ears.

I’ve also thought about making a base for the statue that resembles the original art’s BG - maybe later.
