Working on this fanfic has been an adventure. There had been great and not that great times while working on it, but I couldn’t be more grateful with how you welcomed it in your hearts.
Also, this was a way to get closer to my beloved Maggie Derrick, whom made an AMAZING job bringing this story to life. I’m not a very good writer, so I can’t write enough pretty words of admiration and love to her and her work. Please go an tell her how awesome she is too!

Since I got March, wanted to include the girls in a St. Patrick’s Parade scenario. I could see them enjoying the street party and the big, oblivious crowd.
Here is some advice: be careful when going to mass events and getting drunk, it’s a very good place for pick-pocketers to make their day. And they KNOW!
G'ali is what is disparagingly known as an “Outcat”: a Magicat who was not born or raised in Halfmoon. They are the rare Magicats that you might encounter throughout Etheria. While most people—these Magicats included—have heard of the Halfmoon Kingdom, they assume it’s ancient history or, if a person is particularly incredulous, nothing more than a legend.
G'ali’s parents were pirates, and they were infamous in Seaworthy for their misdeeds. Few knew they had a daughter. Because she was able to fend for herself, G’ali was often left alone while her parents embarked on one of their unsavory missions. Perhaps that is why, when they disappeared on one of those forays, no one cared about little G'ali but herself.
This is how Commander Percival found her. During an undercover mission outside of Halfmoon to Seaworthy. He was impressed by the survival skills (mostly stealing and scamming) of the filthy and malnourished Magicat, and decided to take her with him back to Halfmoon. There, under his distant but affectionate tutelage, she would eventually find herself a candidate to become the next queen.

When we started this AU we had no idea if you were gonna like it or not. But your support excedeed our expectations, and not only you welcomed our OCs with open arms but you also added to the world creating your own. Once upon a time there was a little girl lost in the middle of the sea after a shipwreck. She held the lid of an applesauce crate for dear life. She had hurt her eye and she was very scared and alone.
Then, an extrange little blonde girl around her age emerged from the sea.
She comforts the little stray girl, kisses her wounded eye and tells her everything is gonna be ok.
Maybe it’s because the girl from the sea is a mermaid, but the kiss not only heals her eye but turns it blue like the sea. The little lost girl feels different somehow. Later she discovers she can also breathe underwater too.
After the little mermaid saved her life, Catra visits her often and they become very good friends. She doesn’t tell anyone, of course, mermaids are not well seen on solid ground.
When they grow older, Adora asks Catra to take her to her world. She wants to spend more time with her friend and know how is the world she lives in, even if she is not supposed to leave the sea. So Catra helps her out to the shore, and suddenly, the mermaid’s shiny silver fish tail turns into a pair of legs. Catra can’t stop laughing while she teachs Adora how to walk with them.
