Bakugo: You know your boyfriend is not used to the ways of relationship but he is not clueless either. He just never really had a reason to think about it Until now.

I was sitting on a couch in the common room holding a pillow in my lap. I had been sitting here for a few hours actually waiting for my MIA Boyfriend. He wasn’t really MIA but he might as well have been. I groaned out loud, throwing my head back.

“What’s up, L/N?” I jumped slightly before turning to see Shoji.

“Oh, just waiting in vain.”

“Again?” He leant against the arm of the couch. I nodded. “Have you tried to talk to him?”

“Never get the moment because I only see him in class or in passing. He’s never there long enough for me to say anything more than hi.” I vented. “Sorry Shoji.”

“It’s alright.” He shrugged. “You have a reason to be upset.”

Yeah.“ I bit my lip and looked at the clock. "Well, it’s getting late. I’m going to head to bed. Night.”

“Goodnight.” I got up and set the pillow aside. I walked to the elevator and went to bed. I went to sleep annoyed.

The next morning I got up and got ready for class, deciding to skip breakfast. I walked out of the elevator while putting in my earphones. I walked through the lobby to go out the door.

“Hey babe!” I heard Bakugo call out to me. “I got some breakfast for you. Come on and eat!” I acted like I didn’t hear him and continued to put on my shoes. “Baby?”

“Aw, Bakugo acting cute.” I heard Kami tease Bakugo.

“Shut up Spark Plug!” He snapped and while he was distracted I darted out the door.

All day I could feel Bakugo giving me strange looks. I would meet his eyes and smile like nothing was wrong and go back to what I was doing. I sat with him like normal at lunch and when he asked why I didn’t respond this morning, I told him I had earphones in.

“Thanks L/N for the help on the homework. I owe you one.” Midoriya said as he packed up his Stuff.

“It’s no problem, Midoriya. Glad to help.” I smiled and finished up what I was writing. He left and I relaxed back into the couch. I felt someone sit down next to me. When they put they’re com cround me, I knew instantly who it was.

“Hey blasty.”

“Ugh. I curse whoever came up with that nickname.” I giggled softly before looking at him. I went to say something but Kiri walked over and they started up a conversation. I heard them talk about a hiking trip and started to get annoyed. I huffed silently and tuned them out. “Babe?”

“Hmm?” I turned back. He had his eyes narrowed at me. I was expecting him to tell me he had to go. I waited and looked at him expectantly.

“What?” He asked in response.

“Oh, nothing.” I said before turning away. I Scooted forward and reached down for my bag to put my school stuff away. I felt him grab my arm gently and pull me back.

“It’s something. You’ve been acting Weird all day.” He says before cupping my cheek. “What’s up?”

“Oh it’s just…” I pause asking myself if I really was going to do this now. “Shouldn’t you be with Kiri? I mean you shouldn’t just drop any PLANS you have with him to spend time with me. It’s not like I’m that important.” I got up and walked away. I heard him stuttering to find words behind me but I was already up the stairs before he could find any.

Kirishima: I walked around, searching for my red headed boyfriend. We haven’t got to spend a lot of time together lately. He had been doing some extra training and had some time with the Bakusquad. I don’t mind but sometimes I wonder if he prefers to not spend time with me.

“Hey Bakugo, have you seen Kiri?” I came up behind the blonde on the couch. He leant his head back and looked at me upside down.

“I think he’s with Spark plug & raccoon eyes.” He said while eying me.

“Oh…” I felt a slight disappointment. The feeling must have shown on my face because he moved and gave me his full attention.

“I only think. They were together earlier.” I sighed, appreciating his try even though he probably doesn’t care.

“They’re always together.” I mumbled before turning away. I felt him grab my hand before letting go.

I walked out to get some air. I heard footsteps following me. I knew it was Bakugo and we walked together. After a minute we heard familiar voices.

“Hey Bakubro, Hey babe!” Kiri called. I looked cuel smiced. “What are you up to?”

“Oh, nothing just getting some air.” I felt a small nudge on my back. I looked at Bakugo and he motioned to the red head. “Was also looking for you to see what you were up too.”

“Oh, Kami, Mina, and I were going to the movies.” A shout from Kami got his attention. I felt the insecure feeling rise in my chest. He really didn’t care to spend time with me anymore. “Gotta go.”

“Shitty hair!” Bakugo yelled but I was already walking away wiping tears away. “L/N!”

I was sitting in a window just staring out when they came back. They were all raving about the movie. Bakugo hadn’t left you alone in the room. I heard him and Kiri talk before footsteps came up to me. I looked and saw Kiri.

“Hey there.” He smiled. I just turned back to the window without a word. “What’s wrong? You’re acting weird.”

“It’s nothing, Kiri.” I waved off. He grabbed my hand.

“Don’t give me that.” He pushed softly. I looked at him. I was about to give into his puppy eyes when I heard Mina call for him. He looked at her and Bakugo snapped at her.

“Shouldn’t you be with them?” His eyes were back on me in a second.

“What?”

“Mina & Kaminari. Shouldn’t you be hanging with them? I mean, they’re more fun then I am so don’t waste your time on me.” I said and got up. I pulled my hand from his grip with some needed force. I walked silently through to and up the stairs, last thing I heard being Bakugo yelling.

Kaminari: I watched as Denki bounced around trying to figure out how to get into Shinso’s good Graces. Ever since the training exercise when he first joined our class, Denk’s has been bound determined to his friend. The purple haired boy was ‘being difficult’ to quote Denki.

“I just can’t figure it out. I’m an amazing guy with a wonderful personality. How could he not want to be friends with me?” I looked over my Switch at him. I pushed down the annoyance. Shinso is all he could talk about anymore.

“You are kind of a pervert sometimes. And hyperactive.” I said with a cheeky smile. He glared at me for a solid minute.

“Well you’re not wrong but I wouldn’t be perverted to him. Even though he is hot.” I shrugged and nodded. He sat down next to me. “Plus you love me this way.”

“Do I?” I teased. He shoved me before going into another brainstorming session. I was about to snuggle up to him when he jumped up.

“Got it!” He yelled and ran from the room without even saying goodbye.

“De-Denki!” I yelled after him. “Hey I thought it was game night…” He was already long gone. I groaned in irritation. I got up and walked down to the common room. Midoriya, Roki, Mineta, and Sero were there. “Have any of you seen my electric ferret tumble through here?”

“Electric ferret?” Todoroki looked at me weird. Sero burst out laughing. Todoroki looked at him confused.

“Kaminari just ran out saying he’s cracked Shinso.” Sero said. My jaw dropped before clamping shut in growing irritation. I saw Sero cringe a little. “Drop a date again?”

“More like ran out on one. Thanks guys.”

“I can keep you company.” I turned to see Mineta before shoving him. I walked to the elevator. As I got in I heard Todoroki.

“Why did they call him an electric ferret though?” I heard them laughing.

“It was a joke, Roki. A nickname of Sorts. Because of his quirk & hyperactivity …”

The next few days could almost prove Denki didn’t exist in my world. My texts were ignored. I could never catch him in person. He was nowhere to be seen at lunch. It would have been as if he never existed if I hadn’t seen him in class. That is until I heard a familiar knock on the door.

“Yes?” I ripped my door open. I was beyond pissed off.

“Heya!” He went to come in but I put my arm across the opening. He looked at me confused. “What’s up, baby?”

“You remembered I exist.” I stated with venom laced in my voice. His eyes widened in shock.

“How could I forget? Baby, what’s got you so uptight?” He flinched at his choice of words immediately after they left his lips. I shook my head, holding my tongue.

“Shouldn’t you be with Shinso? You haven’t been anywhere else as of late.” I snapped before slamming the door in his face.

Todoroki: I watched as Midoriya showed something to Roki. He seemed to be very entranced by whatever it was. I sighed looking back at the paper in my hand. It was tickets to the movie he had been waiting to see.

“Hey, love?” I walked over. He looked up at me and gave me a smile. I waved at Midoriya who returned before going back to his book excitedly.

“What is it, darling?”

“Are you busy this afternoon?” I asked hopefully. He nodded.

“Yeah, Midoriya & I are going to Watch and analyze some training video’s. Try and figure out if We can learn some new Moves.” He said simply.

“Oh, okay.” I hid my disappointment. “So that will be the rest of your afternoon?”

“Yep.” He nodded before looking at his phone. I sighed before looking at Midoriya. He had a sorry look on his face that I just waved off. I kissed Shoto’s cheek. “Alright, have fun and be Safe.”

It has been like this for a while now. I would ask if he wanted to hang out but he would already have plans with Midoriya to study, train, or something else. At first, I was fine with it. I mean he was new to the friends thing and was making up for lost time. Also, he wasn’t used to the concept of a relationship either. Now, I was getting more and more upset. Enough to overshadow the understanding.

“See ya, L/N!” Kiri called as he walked past.

“See ya! Have fun at your moms!” I waved as he went out the door. I went back to my room to grab my bags. As I zipped it up there was a knock on the door.

“Hey love, I was thinking, Oh… Are you going somewhere for the weekend?” I turned and saw Todoroki standing there.

“Yeah. My sister and I are going to a hot spring spa for the weekend.”

“Oh. I didn’t realize you had plans. I was hoping to spend the weekend with you.” He said sadly. I couldn’t hold back tere eye roll and mutter.

“Like you’ve been there to know if I had plans or not.”

“What?” He asked. I sighed heavily before throwing the bag on my shoulder.

“Look, I’m sorry to disappoint you. We’ll have to make up for it another time. But shouldn’t you…” I paused before Snapping at him, completely over it. “Shouldn’t you be with Midoriya? I’m sure there is something you two can do together. I mean you’ve been able to do that for the last month anyway.”

“L/N? I…” Todoroki looked so confused and conflicted, pulling at my heart.

“I’m sorry, Roki. I just … I’ll see you later.”

Midoriya: I was bouncing in place outside the gallery. I looked at everyone who walked past or went in, trying to see the familiar green Curls. I looked down at my phone to see it was close to the start time.

“Where are you?” I said under my breath. After a few more minutes, I decided to text him.

What are you up to? I gently probed through the text. It was only a few seconds before he replied.

Doing some extra training with All Might. You caught me taking a break. I stared at the phone in shock and disbelief. I closed my phone for a moment to compose myself.

I knew he was determined to harness One for All and I was happy he trusted me with this secret but come on. He had promised to be here. I felt tears of anger trying and forced their way out.

Why? What’s up? Another text came through. I was about to snap when my dad came out.

“It’s starting.” I nodded and saw him look around confused. “Where’s Midoriya?”

“Not coming.” I walked past while typing out my last text. Just curious. Thought you had plans.

I was interrupted the next morning by furious knocking on my door. I gave an annoyed sigh and got up to open my dorm door. There stood Midoriya and by the look on his face, he knew.

“Really?!” I snapped before he could say anything. He opened and closed his mouth like a fish, not finding anything to say. “You knew how important…you promised…”

“L/N…I just forgot and… I, I, I.” He looked down at the ground. I looked down and saw him fingering at one of the scars on his hands.

“Look…” He looked up at me. “Shouldn’t you be with All Might? You’re not going to become the world’s greatest hero by spending time with me.” I said solemnly.

“L/N…” He reached out but I closed the door.

Shinso: Ever since Shinso finally moved into the class A dorms, he has Spent every moment he could with me. Enough that it made some of the others gag by how 'Love Sick’ we were. Every now and again though, someone would be able to Pull him away. Mainly Deku or Denki.

“Hmm.” Shinso hummed happily as he snuggled into my chest. I was running fingers through his hair as I read over some study guides on the couch in the common room.

“Hey! Toshi!” I yelped as he nipped at some bare skin. He giggled as I wacked his shoulder. “You little Shit.”

“You love me.” He got comfortable again as I shook my head. It was quiet for a few minutes until a screech of Shinso’s name. We both jumped as a certain blonde came running.

“Shinso!” He tried to slow down but ran into the back of the couch, falling over and landing on top of us.

“Kaminari!” We both yelled.

“Sorry!” He scrambled Up with help from Toshi. He sat up and glared.

“Yes?”

“I need you to come with me.”

“Right now?” Kami nodded enthusiastically. Toshi groaned and looked at me. I giggled at the look in his eyes. “I’m not going to get out of this?” Kami shook his head and grabbed him.

“See you later!” I waved to him as Kami dragged him off.

I had moved to my room some time later and was watching some random movies. It was getting close to 8pm when my door opened. In trudged Toshi, looking more tired than usual. He plopped down next to me and wrapped himself around my waist.

“Well hello there.” I laughed, running my hand over his back. He mumbled something into my side. “Shouldn’t you be with Kaminari?” I jested.

“Dear god, no!” He sat up. “He just wanted my opinion on this person he likes.”

“And that took nearly four, no, five hours?”

“He also wanted some advice on what to do. But no it didn’t. Midoriya caught me after and he wanted to train a bit.” I nodded. I leant down and kissed his head.

“So, shouldn’t you be with Deku?” He glared. He ripped the pillow from under my head and walloped me. “Toshi! Sorry, sorry!” He threw the pillow away and laid down.

“You know I’d rather be with you.” He nosed my temple as he pulled me into his chest.

“I know and I don’t mind one bit.”

Hawks, Shinso, and Mirio affection headcanons <3

Basically, me rambling about how these three lovelies show affection

Warnings: sliiight angst/conflict type stuff for Hawks

-Hawks-

• Under different circumstances, Hawks would express affection mainly by spending time with you. He’d plan so many cute dates with you! And he’d also do chill things you’re interested in, like watching your favorite shows with you, playing videogames with you, and doing silly projects with cooking or make-up
• But given his job… spending a bunch of time with you isn’t exactly going to work, no matter how much time he’d like to spend with you. He still does his best — setting up dates when a random opening comes, fighting tooth and nail to wiggle open an hour or two for you, or FaceTiming you during his patrols when nothing much is going on
• Sometimes he’ll pop by your work building when he catches a few spare minutes, just to check in on you
• I suppose that makes the time he spends with you mean more in a way, since he can’t just throw his time around but…Hawk’s time commitment is a matter of contention in your relationship, so let’s move on, shall we?
• Hawks spoils you with so many gifts. He really does not care at all about the price tag, and would low-key just hand you a credit card and tell you to go wild because if he can’t give most of his time, he can at least give you most his money
• He likes to surprise you with gifts :) it could be anything from an outfit you pointed out when he took you flying, a video game you stare at with every advertisement, or a food you off handedly mentioned craving
• He does other surprises that aren’t necessarily gifts too, like leaving you notes around the house when he goes out for an early patrol. Sometimes there are bad amazing puns, compliments, or just a simple “good morning, angel, have a good day!” With a little smiley face :)
• Sometimes this accompanies breakfast neatly arranged with a gift. It’s sweet, but you don’t want to know how much of his already limited sleep he gave up to arrange it
• I think the fandom has accepted the fact that Hawks gives you one of his feathers as a necklace. He did this so, no matter what, there’s at least some part of him with you
• Kisses on the top of your head, then pulling you into a hug with his wings wrapped around you and his head resting on yours
• Pet names like cutie, gorgeous/handsome, dove, trouble, and angel
• Letting you borrow anything and everything from his wardrobe
• Letting you fidget with his wings, or sending his feathers to tease you and play with your hair
• Pda isn’t a big thing for him because it draws waaaay too much attention, but he’s very affectionate in private, giving you plenty of kisses and nuzzles on the head

-Shinso Hitoshi-

• One of his main ways of showing affection is constantly offering to help you or just… bethere for you, you know? Chilling with you so that you know you aren’t alone. Shinso has had to do a lot of things alone/isolated in his life, and he never, ever wants you to feel like that. So even if he’s not actively talking, helping you, or being affectionate, he just wants you to know he’s there
• In general, he shows affection by doing things for you. Making you meals, helping with chores, reviewing notes with you, etc. He doesn’t over-do it, of course. He lets you do things alone if he thinks you’d prefer it or if you directly ask. His goal in helping is as simple as that — to help. And if his assistance is more frustrating than helpful, he’ll understand and back off
• Also, I feel like respecting the hell out of you is one of his big ways of showing affection? He doesn’t ever baby you, underestimate you, etc. He never even jokingly talks about pushing past your boundaries, because once you set them, he views them as law
• A lot of his affection is low-key things like that. Sweet and not super obvious until you take a closer look
• Cuddling. Most of his physical affection is kept in private, and cuddling happens to be one of his favorite ways of showing how much he loves you
• Helping you achieve your goals, because he wants the two of you to succeed together
• Taking your mind off things that you don’t like. For example, if you’re going for a morning run that you absolutely despise, he’ll strike up a conversation about a movie you really like. Or if there’s a test you can’t stop freaking out over, he’ll start playing one of your favorite songs to make you chill
• If you ever have a problem, he thinks really hard on it because he wants to give you 100% honest and helpful advice
• … he’d make a playlist for you. Or something super personalized like that for you, where he’d keep it secret for ages and pay attention to every little detail

-Mirio Togata-

• Compliments are a big thing for him :) there are just so many great things about you, and he can’t resist pointing them out! He doesn’t want you to ever be insecure or doubt his love! Plus, he’s very observant, so he can notice things like hair cuts, new clothes, a good grade, etc quite quickly
• And they’re not just quick “cute outfit!” compliments, they’re more like “wow, that looks amazing on you! It was such a good idea to pair that together, and the new necklace brings out your eyes so well!”
• Insecurities have been punted out of the chat
• Pda. LOTS of pda. It is literally impossible to not know you two are dating smh
• Hand holding, random hugs, scooping you up whenever, finding random excuses to have you sit on his lap, cuddling with you, fiddling with your hair and clothes, etc.
• Paying really close attention to things you like/things about you and being 100% prepared for them. Birthday? He’s memorized it since before you two were even dating. Holidays? Already has plans. Release date of a movie you’re looking forward to? Calendar cleared, popcorn bought
• Throws “love you!” into every good-bye, just to make sure you know and maybe embaress you too
• Making you laugh
• Pet names, some sweet ones like honey and dear, and more goofy ones based on inside jokes between the two of you
• He randomly pops in on you to see what’s up :) like you’re studying, minding your own business, and then Mirio’s popping in through the floor and asking if you want some help with laundry. You woke up literally two seconds ago, and there’s Mirio’s head poking out of the bed and asking if you want coffee. This one could get a bit annoying, and if it is, he’ll try to chill out and at least knock before barging in
• He just loves spending time with you so, so much. Most things you do are pretty casual, but they never fail to make his day
• Mirio also shows affection through photos. He has,,, SO many photos of you (not in a weird way, as most were taken with you well aware of them). And then he’ll do cute stuff like hang them up in his room and make them his phone background

• being half bird and all, he likes to have his scent on you whenever he can
• and you in his clothes are just one way to meet his wants!
• keigo usually asks you to wear his shirt or bring a shirt of his if you leave for a work trip or something
• you never knew why until you did some research and asked another one of your hybrid friends
• since he always asked for you to wear his clothes, you decided to take it into your own hands and wear a shirt yourself

• shinsou is the king of wearing hoodies and sweaters
• they are his comfort clothes.
• he’s never thought of you wearing his clothes or whatever
• not that he doesn’t want that, you just never asked and he never offered
• so he can’t believe his reaction when he comes home from hero work and sees you, his lovely spouse, in one of his favorite purple sweaters and some shorts
• his eyes r basically glued to your legs. but the sight of you in his favorite sweatshirt makes his face a little hot
• “y/n,” he’d ask you, approaching you from behind, his face in your neck
• “why are you wearing that?”
• “do you not like it?” you’d pout, especially when he held you tighter. “i’ll take it off.”
• “no,”his mouth would find your pulse point, hands massaging your stomach underneath the hoodie.
• “don’t take it off. ever.”
