LIVE

Hey friends! I’ve decided to make a studygram! I’m not sure I’ll completely stop using this studyblr, but insta feels like a more conducive platform to what I want to do with my content! If so inclined, you can follow it here!

I’ve been pretty inactive on here lately cause my summer term ended and I was giving myself a couple week break before the start of the fall semester!

Well, that time flew by and I’m already staring down Sept in the face.

Also thanks for just shy of 300 followers!

Past 300 now! Thank you! The

School begins for me today with two philosophy classes- Intro to Ethics and Elementary Logic. I’m really excited for this semester, even though it will all be online

I’m sorry I’ve been inactive on here lately! My summer term is over, so I’m taking the interim weeks between that and the start of the semester to prep some Etsy stuff, work on music and spend time with my gf!

Whoa I was gone for a couple days and came back to 130 + followers! Dang guys thanks! I don’t think I’ve even had this blog for a month!

Language learning tips!

I’m only fluent in English, but I’ve studied many languages in school and now I’m actually trying to take my studying seriously with a few different languages, but mostly Icelandic! Here are some things I do that I really feel have helped me progress in my knowledge and integrate my TL into my daily life:

  • Change your phone settings to your TL. if you don’t feel comfortable navigating your entire phone in your TL, change the settings on just a couple apps
  • If you tweet, change your settings to allow tweets in your TL to appear on your timeline!
  • Tweet and post in your TL. Even if it’s bad! It gets you using phrases.
  • Be public! Being public about your language learning journey not only helps to hold yourself accountable but will inspire others and maybe even connect you with other learners!
  • Follow influencers who post in your TL. Not just other learners, but people who are native speakers. Decipher thier posts as much and often as you can.

I’ll hopefully add more to this post as I think of things!

Flowers ready to be pressed for my Etsy, and some planner spreads. Anyone else have to use three planners for specific things? Just me?
