As a #spoonie I’m in pain a lot of the time, or just too tired from #insomnia to play all day with the kids, so I have to come up with ways to keep them entertained. In an ideal world we’d be rich enough to afford a nanny but for now these sensory activities help give me a few minutes to recharge!

We put salt and cat treats in various bowls that wouldn’t break and I gave the kids a couple of spoons, and an ice cream scoop. They loved it and were entertained for over a half hour!

Got another diagnosis today of an #autoimmunedisease called #sjorgrenssyndrome but I’m refusing to have it ruin an awesome day with my family. Also I’ve had to get more comfortable in my skin bc it’s hot af in my house so I’m been rocking sports bras despite my love/hate relationship with my belly.

The kids have been driving me nuts all week and our AC went out, which explains the constant migraines I’ve been getting. Looking forward to another round of #Botox on Monday, to hopefully help with the pain. Never thought I’d voluntarily get 30+ injections in my face. ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️
