not to get my hopes up but we genuinely have a good chance of getting Dreamcatcher their first win this comeback, if you’d like to help and contribute to that here’s some things you can do

in case you can/want to spend money:

  • buy their album from a hanteo certified store (this is the chart that counts towards the music shows we have a good chance on)
  • create a bugs account,buy a bugs pass, and try to participate on 7D’s mass streaming parties (9pm to 1am kst) (you can just set up a playlist and let it play for the most part, just gotta check on it every now and then - also stream outside of those ours but those are the most important if you’re tight on time as well)
  • buya Floand/orMelon account and stream there as well specially during the mass streaming parties (you can request 7D support on twt for the discount code and get it from the shop they partnered with) (this is more important than bugs if you end up wondering about one or the other, go for Flo)
  • buy votes for the show and idol champ pre vote on star planet app and idol champ app and vote when the pre vote opens (15th of april)


if you don’t want/can’t spend money:

  • watch dc’s new mv, maison, as much as it’s possible for you, following 7D’s guide
  • participate on 7D’s genie streaming project - they’re giving out free passes and accounts for the cb period
  • collect points on star planet and idol champ apps for the pre voting and vote when it opens (15th april - really important to put in all your votes before 16th kst because the points expire)

that’s pretty much it, I know some of it is quite time consuming (and funds consuming too) so of course you’re not expected to do all of these, but if you were unsure of what you could do, now you know the most important things. digital streaming (on melon, genie, bugs, flo, etc) is the biggest chunk for music shows, particularly the ones we’re aiming for it counts for 40/35% of the total score, so it really can’t be stressed enough how important it is to participate on the mass streaming parties if you’re available.

that being said, I know everyone’s best won’t look the same and it’s not fair to expect the same out of everyone, but every little bit of help counts, it’s always been with everyone working together that we’ve achieved some amazing things as a fandom so we might as well try our best again and see how it all plays out

Wanna know something I always find stupidly ironic?


Every day, no matter what, I always ask my friends and family members if they had eaten.

“Hey hun, did you eat lunch yet?”

“Make sure you get somthing in you”

“Drink some water!”

“Oh honey you gotta have somthing, you’ve been working all day!”

“What’d you have? Oooo that sounds good!”

Yet not a single person. Not a single time. Did anyone ask me that in return. I know it’s stupid and self pitying as hell, but damn. Wouldn’t it be nice if someone asked.

If there’s one sure fire way I know I’m fat, it’s that no one ever has to make sure that I eat.

Ever since I can remember I’ve had really bad nightmares. Eventually as I got older, it got to

Ever since I can remember I’ve had really bad nightmares. Eventually as I got older, it got to this point where I had developed insomnia and anxiety associated with sleeping. It sounds so dumb, because sleeping is a super basic natural function so why was it so stressful? 

Over the years I learned a lot about sleeping, how humans are designed to sleep and how stress, trauma and anxiety can lead to problems getting a good nights sleep. I also learned how unproductive people are simply because we are tired all the time. 

I first ran into this chant reading an article that interviewed a spiritual medium. I am no medium, I do not  communicate with spirits on the reg nor do I help people talk to their dead relatives. However, the chant still really helped me put up some barriers when trying to fall asleep.

The chant isn’t really a ‘chant’ but a series of visualizations that I throw up right before I go to sleep. It takes about a minute and I never forget to do it. 

Before you fall asleep, while you are laying in bed with your eyes closed, say this:

I ask my spirits and guides to watch over me and keep me safe when I sleep. 

I ask for protection from all ghost, demons, spirits, negativity and anything else while I sleep. 

Now imagine in your mind a bright white circler of protection around your room keeping you and wherever you are sleeping inside safe.

That’s pretty much it. Super easy. Feel free to modify it in anyway that works for you. (The original chant was different but I changed it to work for me.)

Sometimes I also picture a massive ‘gate’ and close/lock the gate to lock out anything I don’t want in my head or dreams while I’m sleeping. This is also super effective. 

In addition to this chant I also sleep next to a hunk of Black Tourmaline and a Selenite, but work with whatever crystals vibe with you. 

In the end I don’t know if it’s really ghost keeping me up at night, or just the ghost of my own stress and anxiety manifesting in the creepy-ness. Like I said I am not a medium so I don’t play in that space. But regardless this simple chant has helped me for YEARS so I wanted to share it.
