Though he tries to hide it, Stan really enjoys teaching people how to do the things he enjoys.
When Soos asked how to fix up a car, Stan was elated and taught him as much as he could. When Wendy asked about whittling, he would set aside time every work day to teach her.
He looks forward to bonding with his family and it’s beautiful.
So yeah, lol, I was meaning to do this as a thank-you for the 500 milestone, and time just got away from me so badly that I really wondered if I’d tick over to 700 before getting it done (just 4 shy of that mark now, so might as well count it). Regardless! Thank you to everyone who’s chosen to follow me, whether it’s for the art or what I reblog or whatever the reason! I really appreciate it.
In honor of this… I wanted to try taking a limited set of requests! Send me some prompts / requests (Gravity Falls, gen), and I’ll try to pick 8 that I think I can complete. Will probably try to just do sketches initially, with an idea of finishing them later. (I haven’t tried to do this before because I get anxious about it, but let’s see how this works. )

Meet Sage (in green), Sasha (in yellow), and Sonnet (in purple) Pines. Stan’s triplets. I call them the Ducktale Daughters since they’re roughly based off of 2017 Ducktales Huey, Dewey, and Louie respectively. Sonnet got the Pines Family Weirdness gene in the form of a deformed hand.
Anyways thought this trend would be the perfect way to introduce the girls!

Whenever I’m feeling a little stiff with my drawings, I like to look at videos of people dancing and do gesture sketches of any poses that interests me! It’s a great exercise and what better way to do it than have your favorite characters (original or fandom) dancing together?
I would love to turn a couple of these sketches into larger, full-colored art sometime! And I love doing dancing sketches like these, so you if want to see more GF characters dancing whatever with whoever, let me know!
