Yeah so Joe Mallozzi blocked me on Twitter and I truly hope he knows that I fully intend to be just a foothold of the SGA community that lives rent free in his brain if his Stargate revival goes forward because Salt and Nuke that shit forever and always.
For those that weren’t around for wave 1 of this clusterfuck: TPTB decided to kill Stargate Atlantis because it attracted too many women and queer people, and that they would be better off as a franchise KILLING the highly well received by women and queers show IN IT’S PRIME and instead creating a subpar edgy show targeting the coveted 18-34 male demo that Completely Failed and was unceremoniously cancelled after 2 seasons.
Let me re-iterate: SGA was solid in ratings at the time of its cancellation, and had the (I cannot emphasize this enough) most active (largely queer) online fandom of the era. TBTB decided that their audience was too female and pulled the plug on a beloved show to the utter shock of the fans, cast, and crew. They absolutely looked at all those people and went “but the young male demo so go fuck yourselves” and personally it changed me as a human.
So sincerely, Joe and Brad: No Restitution, No Forgiveness. You really thought your were going to pull this with no blow back honey the NORTH REMEMBERS.

I was not sure I could do it… This is Stargate drawing Nr. 11 and I am BEYOND proud! I so hope you like it! I was so insecure about this whole digital art stuff. I proved myself that I could do it.
