In NWH when Dr Strange says to Wong “hasn’t he been through enough?” about Peter, he’s fully referring to the fact that Tony and Peter were in love and a couple, and that Peter had the love of his life ripped away from him. 100% on that ride to Titan, Dr Strange walked in on Tony and Peter in a random spaceship room having sex. That’s all.
