Happy Thursday to everyone out there. I know that it has been a very LONG minute since I have posted something, and I’m not going to lie I’ve been keeping it semi-casual at work (I know, blasphemy). But I return to you today with a quality looking outfit in part due to a meeting that I had as well.

I’ve started to notice that more of the earth tones suit me fairly well, and that’s what I decided to go with today. I’ve got on a pink dress shirt, tan dress pants, no tie, a brown windowpane suit jacket from Cianni, and brown two-tone loafers from Cole Haan. All in all a nice transition back from casual at least for the day.

But with that said, we move on into Friday and the weekend.

Happy Wednesday to everyone out there. I continue to say that I hope you got everything done that you needed to accomplish today.

Today I went another day with the business casual look sans tie (nothing was much matching the color palette). I went with a mixture of blue and gray to even out the week. A light blue patterned dress shirt, light gray chinos, dark gray suit jacket, and a pair of tassel loafers as well.

With that said, we move on to Thursday and the beginning of the second half of the week.

Happy Monday to everyone out there and a great start to the week as well. I hope you all had a relaxing weekend, got some work done as well.

Today I went with a grey tone to the color pallette. Starting with this gray dress shirt, dark gray dress pants, black and silver (shinier version of gray) tie, and this gray lambswool suit jacket. I finished it up with a pair of Stacy Adam’s tassel loafers.

Got some serious Goodwill hunting action in this past weekend, and I can’t wait share some of the treasures with you.

With that said, we move on to Tuesday and getting through the first half of this week.

Happy Wednesday to everyone out there, and I do hope that you are getting through this halfway point of the week as easy as possible.

Today was a special day of sorts, and it was important to make sure I could look as feel as good as possible. A majority of this entire of this outfit is new to me, and came straight from Goodwill.

To start I acquired this dark grey/brownish lambswool suit jacket, the red patterned dress shirt from Ralph Lauren, a yellow/silver/red/black from Giorgio Brutini, and Cole Haan Penny loafers. The gray dress pants I have had for about a year or so.

I did my best on color coordination, and made sure that every represented was represented twice or at least was complementing other colors.

But with that said, we move on to Thursday, and getting through the rest of this week.

Happy Thursday to everyone out who is still living, surviving, and thriving. I thought yesterday was rough, but today gave yesterday a run for its money. But guess what, still got through the day looking good.

I really wanted to incorporate some unique color arrangements so today I went with aqua, purple, and khaki. I did my best to coordinate the socks as well, but I couldn’t quite the color just right. I’m still increasing my collection of tan colored, so the selection has been slim. But I do love these loafers from the Johnston & Murphy Cellini collection (even though they are a tad bit tight on the right toe region, and think it comes to down the “arrow” shape it has).

With that said, I’m continuing to add more and more to my wardrobe. And now we move on to Friday and the weekend.

Happy Wednesday to you all, and I can only hope that you made it through the day without many scrapes and bruises, but hey at least we’re halfway through the week.

So yesterday as I was scrolling through different posts on FB groups I’m on I happened to notice a post about color coordination, and I figured heck, why not try some more off the wall combos I rarely remember. And so today I did a mix of red (dress pants), green (dress shirt), grey, and a bit of black (tie). Of course I went with a pair of brown shoes, and this time I decided on a pair of wingtips from Bostonian.

All in all, it was a little out of the ordinary, but I think it turned out well. But with that said, we move on to Thursday.

Happy Monday to all you handsome looking folks out there, and I am back to start it all up again. After a week of relaxation (very much needed), I come back to you with a couple of new items with some even included in today’s outfit especially.

To start I didn’t really have many sport coats, blazers, or even suit jackets to choose from, so I made it a mission last week to start looking around for more and low and behold a quality suit jacket popped up in a Goodwill. It’s a bit short lengthwise in the arms, but a little tailoring can fix it.

Along with the jacket I found these Brass Boot loafers and this amazingly orange tie as well. The amount of compliments I received altogether on the outfit was really a confidence and I can tell you now the 22 year old me wouldn’t have even stepped foot out the door (that’s a confidence booster for ya).

But with that said we move onto Tuesday.
